Russ, a long-time Car Concepts customer wanted the ultimate in sound and video in his new truck. Hertz Mille 3-way components were installed in the front of the vehicle. The ribbon midranges were sunk down inside the dash with a custom grille giving the install a factory look. An Alpine IVA-W205 is the control center of this system handling all the audio and video duties. The rear portion of the truck is where things got a little tricky. We needed room for 2 large 12's and 4 amplifiers to fit around the back seat. Scott chopped holes in the floor of the truck and fabricated steel boxes that extend below the floor to house the Hertz Mille subwoofers. The 60 side of the 60/40 bench was then disassembled and turned into a matching bucket seat with 4 Audison VRX amplifiers in a custom rack running down the middle. A back up camera and custom installed Beltronics Pro RX-75 Plus laser and radar detetcion system round out the installation.
